@@alaynawilliamson101 I went on Nick's website and he lists almost everything he uses...except those darn molds. If I were you I would just go to the bottom part of his site and send him an email. He does say he will respond so hopefully you may get a response from him. I am in Sydney, Australia and I usually poke around places like Target, Kmart, BigW, The Reject Shop, Myer, etc as sometimes they will have those molds for sale and/or in bulk as a special purchase buy. You could also try ebay, amazon or any specialty baking/kitchen shops in your area. They may or may not be pricey but wouldn't it make sense to pay for a long term investment rather than something cheap that will cost more money in the long term with continous replacement due to constant breakage. I looked it up because I was curious and it seems salmonella risks are lower in Australia than in north america and Europe, though there seems to have been a recent scare. I would assume the safety of raw eggs is different because of different farming and production methods as well as the fact that it's probably pretty hard to just casually bring disease laden chickens into Australia so outbreaks are more rare. I'm not a scientist though so don't quote me on that. I'm not personally accustomed to eating raw egg and the idea of eating eggs in icing kind of makes me go "beurk" but the recipes my mom used most often included raw egg. It's likely safer than a lot of things as long as you don't give it to small children, pregnant people, elderly people, and other people with compromised immune systems.
