I have a question on what you called wrap n zap. I tried it from Walmart in a bag and was a big lumpy mess. Huge areas of lumpy batting and then thin spots. I thought you said the bulk roll was wrapnzap. What you show seems much differnet than what I purchased in the bag. I threw bags of mine away once realized how the product was not flat and consistent. I even purchased more than once to be sure not a bad batch. Is this truly wrapnzap you are using or is this the wording you are using and this is a different brand? You know, like people say tupperware and it may be a rubbermaid. I will not buy true "wrapnzap" ever again, but this looks more higher quality.

Hello! Thanks for the question. I ONLY use Pellon Wrap and Zap batting. I am able to purchase it in bulk from a Quilting supplier. However you can get some via Amazon as well. I do find sometimes that the thickness can vary in spots. I wouldn't say though that I have experience what you describe as a big lumpy mess. Perhaps you got a bum bag of it! My problem too. I, now lay my piece between some material and press it with a little steam. Seems to help.

I get my bags of wrap and zap at Walmart. I never had an issue with it. Keep in mind, it is not perfect like the poly blended batting is.

@@cynthiabrewer266 quality matters. I have not found a cheaper way to do it other then the Pellon Wrap and Zap for the quality of the finished product I can produce. And I can only find it on Amazon in the large bolt. Hope it works out amazing...Feel free to comment with questions. Jolene
