When I’m making a dressing in my Vitamix I always use a bit less liquid. Once I pour the dressing out I add the remainder of the liquid (water, almond milk, lemon juice, vinegar etc) to help ‘clean’ out the blender and add it to my dressing. Good to the last drop!!! Thanks for posting these yummy dressings.
Hi! These particular dressings from this video are not in the book because they are newer than the printing of the book, but there are many more in Eating Whole. You can buy as an eBook or as a physical copy worldwide via amazon. Here is a link to all of the buying options: www.veganmichele.com/eating-whole
I loved your video. I'm dealing with food sensitivities and cannot use any vinegar, avocado, citrus. Do you have any salad dressings that are safe? lol
Thank you Linda!I have a ton on my channel and website that you can modify to suit your needs, but most likely that sounds like a nut or seed base with fruit besides citrus to sweeten a bit.
Hi! I aim not to use oil or processed foods. The one thing processed I do use on occasion is vegan mayo. Very sparingly, but I do still use it in some recipes.
I have an autoimmune disease and just went WFPB. I am subscribing to all plant based doctors, chefs and channels like yours! Love your content! New subscriber
The guacamole dressing looks great. Will give it a try. It looks like you've also added parsley or cilantro but it wasn't mentioned. Could you share what that is?
I just found this channel!!! FINALLY Love those YT algorithms- lol well, this time it’s a HIT!!! I’m pescatarian but eat 65% of my meals vegetarian and the rest a mixture of vegetarian and pescatarian. I’m gradually transitioning to vegetarian 90% no oils and 10% pescatarian. These tips and recipes will definitely help flavor any of my food combos!
I stored it in a small glass container with a lid and it did not oxidize or change color for 3 days. If you’d like, place the pit of the avocado inside the container you store the dressing in, this will help too.
Hi! All of the written recipes (in description box) have the serving in them. But roughly the vinaigrette is enough for a large salad and the other will last for a few salads each. Of course it all depends on how big your salads are and how much dressing you use etc. ☺️
Great video. Your channel just showed up on my feed!!! Can you extend the offer or will you have it again next month….please? I don’t know why I have not discovered your channel.,..it’s great!!!💕
Hey! Thank you so much fro your kind words, I can totally do that, just email me at veganmichele.com with proof of purchase and I will create a discount code for you.
I just made your staple vinaigrette dressing. Fantastic! I usually don't like sweet dressings, but this one was really good. I'll make it again and double the recipe. Mega thanks, MIchele.
I cannot eat a salad without a dressing on it. Today I made a salad and I put some vegan mayo and hommus. I love hommus on salad. It will be great to try these dressings. They are simple but look very tasty.
Hi Tracey, I was concerned about that as well. I kept mine in the fridge in a glass Tupperware with lid for 3 days and it didn’t brown. You can reserve the pit and store it in the glass container to reduce browning as well.
@veganmichele great to know. Thank you for responding! I've tried many ways to lose weight and am on a WFPB diet, but not having access to great sauces and dressings has been a road block to my enjoyment of my eating this way. Thank you for doing your videos, I'm excited to try these!
