Excellent job!!! It's beautiful!! All my extra "bits" created while trimming my pom poms, are placed in a wire basket, hung outside and watched as the birds fly away with them to put in their nests.

I made a pom pom rug took me 6 moths but was a large rug.. Very soft on the feet.. Love it!! Worth the work.. Never thought of a pillow.. So now I will make pillows to match it...💞😃💞

Lovely cushion & I really like the pink & lavender shades you have chosen. I remember helping my Grandmother to make pompoms that she would sew on the toes of house slippers that she knitted.

Thank you great idea abd so pretty! That's a lot of work. I will secure each pompom very tightly and then sew from inside after pining in place. I want to be able to hand wash. Also I will try brushing out the yarn strands making them fluffy :^ Maybe both sides even fluffier LOL

So pretty!! Love love love the color combination! My cat loves balls of yarn and steals them from the bin to completely unroll entire yarn balls to tangle them everywhere in the whole house at night while we're sleeping. She would think that cushion was hers! Oy!

Hi Catherine, beutiful colours and fab cushion. Btw Flying Tiger does pompom makers sets, you get 4 different sizes in the set and canvas to attach the pompoms. 😊 one of my favourite trims is pop pom trim, I tend to attach it to anything from cushions to clothes lol hi Blondie , are you enjoying the hot weather puss 🐈👍👍👍

That's beautiful! Well done work! Love the colours too! I struggle A LOT with making pompoms with cotton, they just look like two brooms and you can see the "waist" no matter how much I fluff them up. I try to tie them as hard as I can, but the thread is not as elastic as the one made by wool.
