These "how to" videos are a wonderful paradox: the songs are as generic as possible, on purpose, and yet you still manage to make them sound SO FREAKIN' CATCHY they are really fun to watch and listen! You guys are really good musicians! Wish you had a real drummer though, that would add some more authenticity to your songs.
