What i do for a fold line is make it a draw line and then put the embossing pen in and do it that way, or years ago circuit would just put about 1/8 to 1/4" cut at the top and bottom of the design and you just lined those cuts up to fold. Worked really good. I really appreciate that you not only show how to make it in canvas, but then you show how to assemble it. So many just show you how to use the canvas and stop there. Thank you for doing that.

I really like your video and have 'Liked, and SUBSCRIBED to your channel. I make cards, and I am now venturing into making mini albums. I have been vacillating between all three electronic cutting machines on the market. Watching videos on RU-vid, I have come down to two - Circut and ScanNCut. I don't need the machine to cut material. But I would like a machine that allows me to cut materials used for cardmaking and perhaps emboss, too. I did not know just how well the ScanNCut works for cardmaking until your video. I also like the idea that I do not need to be connected to a computer to use the machine. I am still looking at videos to discover if and how I can use SVG files with the ScanNCut. After all, all 3 machines cost a great deal, and to invest, I must make sure if any match my needs. I just want to say thank you for making this video. It helped me understand the ScanNCut Canvas and machine. Thank you, again, for your demonstration and your time. I appreciate you.

I'd love to see the tutorial on making the box for the card. Really enjoy your tutorials. (Just a hint, if you put your glue bottle, upside down, in a small jar, your glue will always be ready to go. I find hardly any oozes out when it's upside down.)

I have really enjoyed this tutorial. I have got a brother scan and cut. It is one of the original ones. Will the updated canvas program work with it?

Thank you glad you liked it. The new canvas programme is the same as the online version, apart from you download it and use it on a windows PC. they added a couple of new features and gave it an updated look, thats all so it will work with all machines.

Love this video. I subscribe to yr channel. This question is not related to this video but I have searched and searched for an answer. Query I have tried to reduce the shadow box with Doves in Canvas but no luck. How do you reduce them all equally? It's driving me nuts. Please help. Regards Shirley.

Hi the way you reduce something in size and keep all parts together in ratio, is to group everything first then resize either up or down as required. i have shown how to do this in previous videos. hope that helps. thank you
