Thanks, just made the most delicious Abacha I have ever made with your help. Though instead of Potash I used Ogiri n prepared veg(Spinach) separate with ginger, crayfish, garlic, dried fish n onions and then put fresh tomato while serving

Was that ogiri okpei? I've never tried using it in making abacha before....I'm used to ogiri igbo. I will try it next time. Just negodu abacha in all its glory!!😍 Uwa bu oriri eziokwu!
