Ingredients
Dough
4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon himalayan salt (or other salt to taste)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
Aloo filling
3 - 4 large russet or other potatoes
1 small carrot, grated (optional)
cilantro, scallion or culantro (bandhania)
4 cloves garlic, minced
Hot pepper, or bell pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon himalayan salt (or other salt to taste)
1 tablespoon ground roasted cumin (geera)
