Thanks 😊, if you want to substitute the cacao butter, I would recommend some vegan white chocolate, or you can’t also add more vegan butter but it’s going to be a little less pretty when you’re going to serve it (with the vegan butter version) but as tasty 👍🏻
What are the dimensions of the cavities in your silicon mold? Or could you provide a link to the mold you use? I just made the Savoiardi, and they're delicious, but I'd like to try with the mold as they spread and baked flatter than yours. I thought maybe the cookies are 3" in length, but the tiramisu recipe specifies an 8 inch square pan (20X20) and they look to fit very snugly in the square pastry ring you use in the video. Or did you by chance use a 6 inch pastry ring? Trying to achieve the same professional looking result. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!
