I agree with the fact that nuts (and dates in my case) are expensive, but I also believe that investing in your health now will save you way more money than buying processed foods. Personally I prefer buying whole foods not only because of their nutrients and quality but because it really makes me happy to simply eat, even more knowing it is something that will help me thrive
I prepared this for my husband who isn’t on plant based diet, but he absolutely fell in love with this cake! He said it also have a little bit of marzipan flavor to it! I added a little bit of rum extract to the cream and it turned out so perfect! Thank you for this recipe!!!
Hello, dear Petra! Eventually I made this wonderful Tiramisu with ladyfingers! I added almond flour and did it exactly as you said! I followed all your instractions and added the same ingredients and the same amount of them as well. The result was just excellent! My husband liked it so much and told me that it has become his favourite dessert! He also said that it is like an manufactured sweet from the bakery, not like homemade)) I also like about this dessert that I can store it in the fridge and not in freezer. So it’s very convenient to eat it whenever you want without waiting it for unfreeze! Nevertheless I have to confess that I love both of your recipes of Tiramisu - the previous one without ladyfingers but with chocolate layer and the second one with ladyfingers as well! So, the smell of coffee in our house from this Tiramisu will continue to exist every month and several times of month! Thank you for you great help and recipes!

Petra, you MUST try raw Kakaonibs! You will love them. I use them as a topping on raw fruit&greens soups or on oatmeal bowls. They are so crunchy and healthy.

Really like your videos, they’re meditative and calming. I can’t get on board with coconut in this but otherwise it looks absolutely amazing! Totally different texture and flavor than traditional tiramisu but it looks beautiful and I’m sure true Vegans would very much enjoy this!

Well I do eat Tiramisu, even I don't drink coffee, I still enjoy it and it's like you read my mind, I will use cacao instead if I'm gonna make one. :) I also think of making tiramisu with Macha power which I think would be great. It looks delish, thank you for the recipe!

I know the feeling. I wait until nuts go on sale, then buy as much as I can afford and immediately refrigerate the portion I'm going to use in the next few months, and freeze the rest. Of course, *all* nuts and sees should be refrigerated because of their oil content. Otherwise, they will oxide (spoil, go rancid) faster.
