Great video, for me as for someone who has some experience but still figuring out how to do Blender. I wouldn't say that this tutorial is for beginners, but that doesn't make it worth any less :)

Awesome tutorial! Wish you went into more detail on a lot of things, because all throughout the tutorial, you'd be doing things/cut past things that I'd have no idea on how to do on my own. Other than that, it's great

in 08:41 when applying the boolean modifier - my wooden plank are hollow and not are cut somewhere in between - it doesn't look the same as in the video. Doesn anyone know why? How to make all planks be filled inside

I had the same problem. In the Boolean modifier, selecting "solver options" and checking the self insertion box seemed to do the trick for me. Also making sure the solver is set to Exact and not Fast.

How long does it take you to usually do the room from scratch and then animating it?
