Hi Ms Gina, I took a break from viewing for a while, missed you and your cooking. I just had to get through all the firsts without my late husband. I got through his birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and our Anniversary month this month. Thank The Lord for family and friends and my son. I made everything and it was so delicious! They were a bit too spicy for my 96 year old Mom. I think it was the Louisiana Chicken Fry Mix. But it was the perfect spicy for me and my husband. The chicken came out so juicy too. Thanks for reintroducing me to Rice-A-Roni. It was super good. And the way you mix the peas and corn too! You are are blessing Gina Young. I saw this video when it was first aired and made the following day. I followed your instructions to the tee, with the exception of the Zatarin's chicken mix. I could not find, so I used another chicken fry mix. The chicken came out beautifully and I don't miss frying on top of the stove. I made the sides as well. Oooooh wee! It was delicious! Thank you Gina, you are an amazing cook.

It's been a few years since I've had the san Francisco treat. I grew up on rice a roni. My late grandmother always taught her children and grandchildren to say our grace before meals. Giving thanks for not only the meal but coming together as a family and also giving thanks for having a roof over our head It's so good to see that those values are still around. Gina this looks absolutely delicious I can't wait to make it because I don't fry chicken due to all the grease this way is awesome. I'm also a very big fan of Rice-A-Roni I make it instead of mashed potatoes and gravy. I'm a Rice-A-Roni fan it's nice to meet someone else who is.
