This recipe for baked/oven roasted pork comes out moist, tender and juicy! Boneless pork are seasoned and oven baked to tender perfection. This great meals is just a few simple steps away!
Ingredients
Pork
Olive Oil
Garlic

Salt
Oregano
Lemon/Lime Juice
Method
Season the pork with olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, oregano and lemon juice.
Then bake at 200 C (Preheated) for about 40-45 minutes until roasted
