How to Make Sausage Rolls from Bread I Sausage Bread Rolls I Easy Bread Snacks I Fried Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
Sausages
Bread
Eggs
Salt
Bread crumbs
Mozarrella cheese (Optional)
Method
Cut off the crusts from the bread. using a rolling pin, slightly flatten and stretch the slices of bread into thin sheets. Wrap up the sausages tightly. Heat oil in the frying pan. Dip the rolls in egg mixture to coat evenly. Then Coat with bread crumbs. Place in the frying pan. When crisp, turn over turn over and allow to crisp and brown all over, turning a few times. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
