113g softened unsalted butter
142g brown sugar
1t cinnamon
1t baking soda
1t baking powder
1t salt
340 ripe bananas
85g honey
2 eggs
270g All Purpose flour
60g walnuts
60g chocolate chunks
-Cream bananas, butter, and brown sugar together using a paddle attachment on medium-low speed.
-Add eggs and honey and mix on medium speed.
-Add in dry ingredients and mix together on low speed until just combined.
-Add 120g of mix-ins of your choice, make sure to scrape bowl before mixing.
-Pour batter into an oiled and floured pan.
-Bake at 325°F until a knife comes out clean when inserted, about 45-60 minutes depending on the size of your pan.
-Cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
