【No-knead & easy white bread】Pain de Mie
<Ingredients>1 loaf mold 184×95×90
175g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
75g Cake flour
3g salt
0.5g malt powder
2,5g dry yeast
25g lukewarm water (About 40°C)
Pinch of sugar
140g lukewarm water (about 30°C)
10g soft unsalted butter
・Baking (preheat to 210°C)
210℃ about 27min.
*Depends on your oven.
