✤ Ingredients
- 550g potatoes
- mozzarella cheese
- Sausage
- Starch powder (or flour)
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs
✤ Potato seasoning
-1.5 tbsp of Parmesan cheese powder (optional/add some salt if omitted)
-0.5 tsp salt
-0.5 tsp black pepper
✤ TIP
-If you make it big like me, it takes a lot of oil and it's hard to fry, so make it a mini size.
-If parmesan cheese powder is omitted, add more salt while tasting.
