Chevre is simply goat cheese. In my version, the most classic acid-rennet cheese.
For production, I used:
-2l of goat milk pasteurized at 65*C for 30 minutes
-0.05g (pinch) of cultures artiser.pl/pl/...
-0.1g of goat rennet artiser.pl/pl/...
-scarf artiser.pl/pl/...
-forms artiser.pl/pl/...
