Thanks man. Truly a great tutorial. Unfortunately I don’t have Pigments ( ,Diva or Serum) yet, but have to program it in NI Massive (not X). Do you think it’s possible or even hard to program this in Massive? Do you also planning to show something in Massive? I would be very grateful... 😉

Great video, thanks! Big fan of Colyn myself. Can you take a guess at what Colyn is adding to this lead synth in his track 'Eriador'? The lead is very similar, but has a really cool metallic ring to it, which the leads in his other tracks don't have. FM modulation maybe?

I think he is chaning FM modulation amount (or another oscillator/layer) and also the envelope at the same time couples with high pass reverb/delay. But you never know 😅

Thank you for the Video Yalcin. I have a question witch is not about something in the vid but i think there is some producers who will find it helpful. I've seen Deadmau5 in hims live streams playing the MIDI from a point where he click in the midi window. Right now when i do something in the MIDI and i try to play the notes from where i want i have to go UP where litle speaker is showing. I beleave there is a way i can play the notes wherever i click just like in Arrangement view.( hope you understand me what i mean and hope you help me ) .

I see that the Macro 1 is assigned to Channel 1 #18. But inside the Envelopes, MIDI Ctrl #18 controller is no automation

he is using korg minilogue xd for his leads thats why it sounds so rich.

He had an interview and said that Minilogue XD is the only hardware synth in his studio at the moment. However, he was using this lead sound before XD actually even launched. He also mentioned that he loves to stay in the box so it could be just different vst's that are layered on top of each other as well.
