RECIPE:
Creamy Egg spread
Ingredients:
4 eggs
6 Cups water
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Crack black pepper
3 Tbsp unsalted room temperature butter
Instruction:
Add the eggs to the cold pot of water
Cook the eggs for 7 minutes
Leave them in the pot for two minutes

Hi Tracie, look at you so cute having a little picnic enjoying what's left of the nice weather before that frigid Canadian temperatures arrive. I use olive oil mayo with my egg salad, I think I might just make some tomorrow, haha! Enjoy with your little one and thanks for sharing. ❤❤

Oh yes! It's was a beautiful sunny day to do something fun outside. I am glad you are inspired to make some egg salad. Yours sounds delicious, but my kids and I don't like mayonnaise.
