Just tried this recipe and I can say it's the best out so far! I also added some vanilla powder and reduced the sugar and it turned out great! (6 crepes in total) Thank you for sharing
I followed recipe except using melting coconut oil and powdered sugar. I cooked in my stainless steel electric skillet and instead of turning over I sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top while cooking. By the time it's Brown good on the bottom, the top is thoroughly cooked. Roll up cut in half. This recipe makes f o u r an electric skillet.
I TRIED THEM for the first time! They came out great, thank you so much, so yummy🤗 such simple reasonable ingredients & measurements compared to others. I came out with about 7.
INGREDIENTS: 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup water 2 medium eggs 1/4 cup sugar Pinch of salt 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter 1 cup flour butter/oil for cooking
2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 2 3/4 cups of whole milk *spread around pan or use back of ladle to spread out (I prefer the ladle method cuz I use a large skillet and make 2 at a time) cook on 375 and flip after you see the pancake batter start to dry and u can easily get your spatula underneath…don’t leave the stove this doesn’t take long. This batch serves my family of 4 and each person has a few. Because the sugar is higher, we eat them plain. My mom made these when I was a kid and taught me, and I recently taught my daughter. I then came on RU-vid to see how others make theirs and it’s very interesting how many different types there are. I like mine plain with salty meat like spam or bacon
Thank you so much! Me and my family tried this and we had a wonderful experience! They are very well done! We added cream cheese filling inside of it also syrup and powdered sugar on top of it for extra taste! 😋 (If your wondering, crepes aren’t supposed to be very flavorful alone. That’s why you can add filling like Nutella, cream cheese, Etc. inside of it!) Enjoy! 🤗
@@deffy_chap8669 you're referring to the comment section I believe. In my comment I specified that I liked it being in the "description" portion of the video.
I tried it and it was soooo good at first I was a little concerned because it looked like it was turning into scrambled eggs but then I had a little batter left so I tried it again and let it sit on the pan for 1 minute then flipped it and did the same …. IT WORKS
INGREDIENTS: 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup water 2 medium eggs 1/4 cup sugar Pinch of salt 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter 1 cup flour butter/oil for cooking
it would be great if you actually labelled what you were putting in and the exact measurements for each of them. Through a bit of looking I found the ingredients list in the description box👍🏾. Didn’t know youtube shorts had a description box
@@eliokrikorian6021 i’m not sure if this is the same for other devices but on my apple iphone there is three small buttons together on the bottom right of the screen if you tap it you will see multiple options with description at the very top.
