Love watching, learning and cooking your recipes! You have made me want to cook again because you make everything seem so easy! You always say: "You hear me... Absolutely (said in a very subtly, soft, almost sexy voice)." Have watched many of your shows: Best fried chicken wings and asparagus, the latest salmon patties, fried caramel apple pie, donuts, oh my goodness, etc.! And then you enjoy it with your tastes, almost making me feel like I can smell and eat it along with you!

Hi Gina first time watching your videos, love it great job, I like how you clean you chicken, I usually, just rinse them with water, I guess it depends where you buy them, but I do rinse my vegetables with lemon, vinegar, & water. I'll be more aware to cleaning my meats too, thanks and I love your sense of humor, you make me laugh. Love how your conscience of your spiritual needs as well, to help others. Enjoy your day.
My husband and I watch ur videos before we sleep at nights. We love u. When I fry chicken i love to add an egg or two to the seasoned chicken and mix it well with my hands and then coat with the flour, makes the chicken look so pretty n the crust is to die for!! Love u Gina!
I love me some Asparagus! My kids love it also, I simply use olive oil and a little butter and salt. I put mine in the oven Mrs.Gina💕. But I will be trying your method. Congrats on the new place.

This weekend on Sunday (Father's Day) my husband is smoking a brisket. I'm making my homemade baked beans, and your Cherry Cordial Cheesecake and your Better than anything carrot cake. My sister-in-law is making slaw and street corn. Will be some dang good eating!! Asparagus, well my mom use to make it but from a can. YUCK hated it. My brother fixed fresh one day on the grill and I could not get enough of it.

Ms. Gina Young I am so glad you clean your chicken 🍗. Unlike the FDA that recently said to not to wash and clean it the chicken just take it out the packaging and cook. I am so glad my mom taught me better. Every black person I know wash the meat before cooking.

Congrats on the new house. The food look YUMMY. I like my asparagus sauteed with olive oil, fresh garlic, butter, seasonings for 7 to 10 mins. being careful not to over cook it cause it will be mushy. Will try parmesan next time. Thanks and GOD BLESS.
