Better not to refrigerate for durability .. Transfer to eversilver.. However it is still not wrong if you don't have a choice... Only for Claypots it is a must not to put in refrigerator..

@@NeesKitchen 'Temperature depends' that's what is asked . Should the milk be luke warm, little more than like warm, cold etc.. I think the milk temperature while adding curd will be the same for all region .. The time taken to get down to that temperature may vary , urs is 40 mins, mine may be less. That was my query . Btw I too set curd it these pots, but after removing all cream from A2 cow milk. Most of the time it sets perfect, but at time it's runny, may be coz of the milk temperature while adding curd . Thank u
I will measure next time on what I do..And update here.. No idea on cream removal..I don't remove because it's too less in all the brands here already.
