Ok , so I never comment on videos describing s but Honeyyyy. Ok so yesterday I made Deddys Rasta Pasta had never made it before and actually had it only one in my entire life . My husband who know Jamaican food gave it a 10 !!! I followed things to the T . Today I will be trying thieve meatballs. I’m not gonna say they are chicken until I get the rating , sometimes we grade mentally based on ingredients. Love yall vibe keep going ❤️❤️❤️❤️

When I first saw the clip on meatballs I bypassed it, how wrong I was this looks absolutely delicious. I have to try to create this dish minus the scotch bonnet peppers and the spicy jerk. Daddy you out did yourself which is hard to do. May the GOD of our salvation continue to bless you and your family.

As a fellow Jamaican who was born in the country, I have to say I love my culture and especially our food. But as we know these foods are killing us daily, so we have to start eating more healthy foods. I had to make that drastic change or else I would have been dead. 6 trips to the ER with HBP. I already lost a parent and some of you that's here as well, to these easily avoided diseases. If we don't start doing better it's only a matter of time before it will catch up with us all . Thank god I saw the light before too late. hope you can do the same.

Like the jerk bbq chicken meatball idea but will have to tweak the recipe a bit for lower sodium content. In particular will need to sub maggie seasoning which has over 1000 mcg of sodium! I would use Worcestershire or low sodium soy sauce instead. Other than that it's a very creative recipe with the traditional JA jerk flavoring!😋

I had Covid and meatballs and they was off the chain. Only thing I told myself the gravy gotta be a little bit in the not too thick, but it was fabulous and also you can do the beef or you can mix the be the Lamps auto port be lame or you can do it versatile a boy, pig lamb, or the chicken but I love this recipe and I’m gonna use it thank you daddy

Oh I see that two American people use it to their meatballs. We fry it down in the pan and then we sauté. It may be in a little brown gravy but I got it. I’m just watching a show and thank you so much for teaching me all of your Jamaican stuff because I have plenty of Jamaican friends from Wayback win and I just came back from Montego Bay and your people are beautiful. They are totally different from them Jamaica’s in New York.

My question is, do you use a soft gravy something else then to just bake it in or once you take it out the oven do you make some type of gravy or juice or liquid?
