I truly enjoy your videos and the time you take to make sure we get as much info as we can. Thanks so much for sharing! I wanted to share this with you. There’s a shortcut for merging the layers. You can pinch together the layers you want to merge. Hope this helps 💛

for some reason i can’t find the import button even tho i scrolled all of the way to the right :( i want to add my own cover but it wont let me. I dont want to buy the procreate app i just want to add a photo i found on google as a cover. is there a way to do that?

Is there a way for the notebook to be the size of the whole ipad without the upper and lower panels of good note?

Yes! Just google the pixel size of your specific iPad screen. You can then make a custom canvas size with those pixel measurements! Also keep in mind that I like using my iPad in landscape orientation, so there will always be side panels on GoodNotes unless you create a canvas in landscape orientation. I hope this helps :)

Trial and error. Testing out brushes I like, messing with all the settings. Seeing all the ways things can go right... and wrong. Watching tutorials. Visiting the forum of the Procreate website. Online classes! :)

Can you help me with the covers please ? because when I do my cover and then import it as a cover either as a3 or a4 , it is not the same size and it’s bugging me. I don’t know how to fix this issue. It shrinks it. I have a iPad mini.

Make sure you are starting out with an A3 or A4 size prior to creating the cover. It shouldn't shrink when you export -- it might just look smaller on your screen, but exporting from Procreate hasn't changed canvas sizes for me!

I got a new iPad the 2020 11” , I did what you said and it’s still smaller than the page for some reason and when I save as a pdf , it is slightly bigger. I don’t know how to fix it. Did I have to buy good notes for the iPad and not my phone ?

Hi, I'm having an issue with using my own installed fonts on GoodNotes... I install them with iFont, but they never appear on GoodNotes, but they come in Procreate and even Over....am I getting something wrong?

Is your iPad updated to iOS 14? Fonts can stilled be installed on the iPad and used in the same Apple apps as before. How third-party apps access custom fonts has changed with the new update. Not all third-party apps have released updates to fix their own issues with custom fonts (GoodNotes, as of Sep 22)-- some have (Noteshelf, for example)! :)
