100 g Onions (Diced)
200 g minced pork
100 g miced shrimp
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
2/3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
Ground pepper
Green onion
Sauce:
75 g ketchup
60 ml pineapple juice
50 g sugar
50 ml water
19 ml white vinegar
2 drops of red food colour
1/3 Tbsp tapioca starch
2 Tbsp water
