Ingredients:
* 340ml water
* 3g fresh yeast
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 460g wheat flour
* 8g salt
* Seeds: flax seeds or your favorite grains
Steps:
1. Stir water, yeast and sugar evenly.
2. Add flour and salt and mix into a dough.
3. Let the dough rest and ferment twice, 60 minutes each time, and fold it.
4. Divide the dough into 6 portions, knead it into a round shape, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle seeds on the surface of the dough and bake after fermentation for 40 minutes.
6. Bake at 240℃ for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
