Chicken & Mushroom Pie is one of my familys favourite. It's such a easy and comfy dish and very very delicious 😋.
:
Ingredients:-
3 breast chicken cut into small( washed & drained excess water)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1tsp dry parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
3 tbsp olive oil
50g butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 chopped onions
300g chestnut mushrooms or any mushrooms of your choice.
50g butter for cooking
1 tsp each salt & pepper
1/4 cup plain flour
2 chicken stock
2 cups hot water
2 tbsp soft cheese
1/2 cup double cream
