Hello, I was wondering how would you implement magica cloth with an open jacket. My exemple would be for something like in the self collision demo (it's page 17 from the unity forum called "[RELEASED] Magica Cloth" ). I tried doing it with 2 differente magica mesh cloth object, but couldn't get my kimono to separate into 2 parts, they stay stuck together even tho there is a clear gap in betweeen .

Sorry for the delayed response Well, that really depends on how the model is made but if it's for a kimono I would separate the cloth piece from the base model, then on the waist I would put static points (the red dots) After that, would be just the collision on the torso and legs and that's it If it extends to the arms, I would put static points on top of the arm so it creates the effect of kimonos in anime I hope it helps

@@maidswithguns Don't worry about the late response. I did have the cloth separate from the model but I didn't put enough points so it tried to moved to much vertices at the same time. But I guess you kinda solved a future problem of mine with that answer, so thanks.

Hello, I want to ask is it necessary to rig bone for the skirt like in the 0:46 video? I see you didn't use it in the big skirt rig

It is not, it's better if the object is separeted but that is not necessary as well. I recommend you rig your skirt if it is for a game and it has very big movements. Thank you for watching the video

When I right-click the avatar, the 'Create Other' doesn't show up. I'm trying to add cloth physics to vroid skirt.

Sorry for the delayed response This is part of the magica cloth package in the unity asset store and it won't appear if you didn't export to the project

@@maidswithguns I also don't have this "Create Other" and it also doesn't show the components when I want to add them, I tried everything I could already :( I don't know what else I could do
