This sauce is tasty and quick to make. Some of my favorite dishes to use this sauce on are stuffed flounder, crab cakes and even seafood omelets.

Heavy Cream
Half and Half
Old Bay seasoning
Clam juice
Garlic powder
Unsalted butter
