Hi there, In your video, Did you freeze the bag ( chapaties ) or just placed it in the cooler, Also did you warm up the chapaties in the kitchen towel? I didn’t understand that part. Thanks a ton

Try kneading with milk. It will be so so soft esp freezing. Kids staying away from home,uni etc. Same for methi roti. Chat patha. Ajwain salt ginger grated 😊😊

Do we need to add butter paper inbetween the rotis for freezing or simply wrapping in paper towel snd ziplock bag will work?

No once you spread apart and cool, you don’t need anything in the middle just stack and freeze in a ziploc bag 💜

Thank you so much!! Yes I should of showed it more thoroughly but at the end I get the rotis and I put them in a kitchen towel and place In the microwave all wrapped up for 1-2 minutes they are fresh as ever!! ☺️
