I loved watching this AND I love Nonna's approach! Not having a strict recipe makes me feel like I could do this without stressing over the details! This is how cooking should be. Excited for the sauce.

Thanks Noelia! Happy to give you some inspiration to pull out your pasta machine!! If you do use it I'd love to know how it turns out! My Nonna makes it look SO easy doesn't she?! It does take a little practice but it's SO worth it! xxx
