Omgosh, Rose is so sweet, and what a hard worker for that tender age. She has been brought up well, hands up to her great parents. It’s been a while since I’ve watched. I cannot get over how much Rose has changed. She is certainly taller and more grown up, such a gorgeous looking girl with a flair for fashion. I love that she is still keen to be in the kitchen and still has a healthy appetite. 🎉

So the backstory is that I’ve tried every year for the last few years to make homemade stuffing and it’s epically failed every time. I made this recipe as the base of the stuffing for my first Friendsgiving I’ve held and everyone loved it! They couldn’t tell that it was gluten free and dairy free which was so wonderful! I’m currently making it again and both that and the cornbread, alone, will probably become a kept favorite for me. Thank you for sharing this with us so that it can now be a part of my family and friends’ holiday memories! ❤🎉
Is the Bobs Red Mill Cornmeal gluten-free?? Some are not. BTW Rosie is so totally adorable. I love that she helps you and does dishes. I can't get my 27 year old son to help me with anything! I started him young in the kitchen but now he has no interest. She is so sweet. I love your relationship with her and you can tell that you are a wonderful father!

Bobby, my Dad made the BEST cornbread! His "secret" was he used bacon fat instead of butter, et al. He also NEVER used any kind of sugar. His cornbread was so moist that it didn't need any butter. We put butter on it, but it didn't need it!
The cornbread looks great. I love cornbread jn a skillet like that but don’t own one bc I have hand arthritis and it’s just too heavy. I love Rose’s skirt and top set. It’s super adorable. Her mama dresses her up so cute and still comfy. She’s grown up so much since I tuned in last. I need to backtrack and catch up. I remember Rose when she was super little and would chug maple syrup and dumped a whole bottle of vanilla extract in a recipe. She has come a long way in her manual dexterity and tuning into more big girl instructions both for safety and cooking. If you have any good pumpkin recipes that are good and low sugar that would be great also. Next stop cranberries.

Thanks for your videos when I watched your short video on Salmon I noticed the difference between farmed and wild the wild is not so colorfull as the farmed and it taste better too.
I dunno, the final product looked really dry. I have a couple of ideas for the next time- No coconut flour- it acts as a desiccant- even on teaspoon in a recipe can be overkill. Add an extra egg, a tablespoon of whatever fat you’re comfortable with, and purée half of the frozen corn before you add it to the batter. I hope this helps!
