I am curious of what equipment you would need to make a commercial gourmet popcorn kitchen? It is very different than what you would use at home.

Hi. I am considering opening a popcorn shop and just discovered your vlog. What you are doing is very appreciated! (don’t worry, I’m located on the other side of the world so we won’t have to fight over customers ;)). I would love if you could share your journey to starting your shop (aka your history). It would be great if you can cover: capital to start your business (how much, how did you raise it, etc), machine prices and how/why you decided on those machines, why bric & motar instead of wholesale/distributor, how you scaled, hiring dos and don’ts, and profit margin (did you succeed from year 1?). Lots of questions & apologies if some are already covered in your other videos. Also, any way you are considering create a popcorn maker community??
