Healthy Mango Ice Cream
This makes 2 servings:
2 cups frozen mango cubes (about 300 g)
1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice (60 ml)
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
Healthy High-protein Chocolate Ice Cream
This recipe makes 3 servings
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) cottage cheese (400 g)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Only if needed: 3 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
2. Pour into a container
3. Freeze for 4-5 hours (no longer than that!) and enjoy!
