Thanks Marc! Simple and effective method! Gonna try your other method out this summer with the bluing as well. Which slices get more hits - side “A” or “B” ?

Both sides work... Depends on the size of the bait fish. B side is smaller than the A.

I don't think Canada can ship herring to the states....can they ?

@@bmk506 - honestly it sure... I think a lot of the bulk product comes from British Columbia to the folks that mass produce. There are also companies in Washington state that ship across the US.
