Creamy and delicious! I have an avocado tree that's loaded right now. I looked for this recipe on a whim and made this dressing with what I had on hand. I didn't have any cilantro or sour cream, and ever since I had covid, some mustards taste disgusting to me. So instead of mustard, I added a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and instead of sour cream, I added a bit more mayo. Also, I used two whole large avocados. I increased the amount of salt to my taste (another after effect of covid is I can no longer taste or smell MANY things but Salt is one thing I can actually taste). It turned out fabulous!

For a Hispanic person who loves spicy this wasn’t it , so if you wanna make it more spicy add water bc it’s a Lil thick , half a lime squeezed , more Tabasco of your tasting and about two or three green small jalapeños looking one and more cilantro as well if you want the other avocado !! Hope you like !
