Thanks for these tips. I think where I'm going wrong with my sauces is I'm blending all of the ingredients together then cooking but I cant get an long even cook on hob. This explains why they are always coming out veggie/raw tasting. An induction hob is going to be next on the list!
Hi, I'm just now finding your channel. It's a blessing because I am starting out and would like to learn as much as I can. I am loving the idea of using an induction cooktop. Because I'm not use to using gas stoves and the kitchen that I will be using, uses gas. Also, where would I find the funnel that you use? Any equipment that would make my job easier or any advise you could give, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
