How about napkin rings?

@@Rbobbitt3 That's a pretty good idea. You could channel out your own napkin wood rings and apply the same procedure for the inlay.

This video was probably using our Laguna 12|16 lathe.

We have no experience with metal lathes for making the metal bands. If you are just talking about doing the inlay with the metal bands any mini lathe will work. In this video we are using our Laguna 12|16 but I have been using the King Industrial Mini Lathe lately and it's been working great for me.

It is the Whiteside Pro Pen Mandrel with the ring bushings. There are links to both in the description.

I wear my ring all the time, everywhere and it's a little over a year old and it's still looking good. Glow powder in stainless steal.
