120 g flour
4 eggs
250 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
50 g raisins
30 ml rum
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for dusting
60 g butter for frying

Sorry to hear you think so. I have been to Germany and Austria more than once and the recipe was taken from there. The shredded pancake is so delicious and fluffy.

I'm sorry to hear you think so. I've been to Austria and Germany and eaten these pancakes prepared in a similar way. They're not the most beautiful in the world, but they're so fluffy, tasty and fragrant. Greetings from Bulgaria!
