・水(water)180cc
・糸寒天(agar)5g
・グラニュー糖(Granulated sugar)350g
①Return agar with water for about 2 hours
②Lightly squeeze it into a pot and pour water
③Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes until the agar melts
④When the agar has melted, stop the heat and add the granulated sugar to dissolve
⑤Reheat and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes to remove excess lumps
※Be careful as it will spill out as soon as it boils
⑥Fill the tray with oil and pour it while rubbing it. After the rough heat is removed, cool it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours and harden it.
⑦Peel off the tray and tear it off
⑧Dry for 5 days indoors
※It does not dry in the refrigerator. As the surface dries in about 3 days, turn it all over and dry again
⑨If the side crystallizes, it is completed
