First of all Thank you for Teaching me how to Make Lasagna at 25 Years old 🤣 My only regret is using the gruyere cheese without tasting it first. I discovered I do NOT like the taste nor smell of that cheese so that prevented me from eating the entire pan🤣 If anyone is reading this please taste that cheese before using it. I’m pretty sure she told us to do so (as she tasted it) but I just wanted to play follow the leader 🤣 🤦🏾‍♀️ Next time I’m making it without that I’m pretty sure I’m going to eat the entire pan ☠️

So I’ve been watching your main and vlog channel for a while and your amazing. I made lasagna last night using your recipe and it was a huge success. The only thing I couldn’t use was cayenne pepper due to the fact that mom and sister can’t do anything spicy, switch to mild Italian sausage instead of spicy Italian sausage and I couldn’t find the gruyere cheese at my local store but overall my people loved it

Gruyere is my favorite cheese its a combination taste of cheddar and Swiss and melts very well and in baked macaroni and cheese its delicious. But the only drawback its expensive no BS. Depending on the size you need for your recipe you can spend between $6-9 especially if it's imported from France.
