Sahh-Thain! I was always told that this style of Kibbie is most popular with Lebanese people that live in the mountains. By the way, the fat (dehan) comes from the lambs tail, right? Also, very rare to see this recipe anyhow. Kafta Nayyeh is also rare to see in Lebanese cooking videos.
