This is insane , and yes I have restaurant in new York , and I can already put all your ingredients in my head to come out with possie taste....you are giving this recipe from.the heart....and I don't know if you have restaurant or not,....but having one is no brainer (except if your guys have massive labor shortage and no one want to work in food sector)

@@Letscookolet Actually Allspice is a separate spice, just happens to be called allspice. In hashweh, yes we use pepper, allspice, cinnamon, and fresh ground nutmeg (which you din't seem to use). In mediterranean/middle eastern stores, the mix is called Mixed spices, or mixed arabic spices, but not allspice.

Allspice (a name of a spice) (one spoon or so), cinnamon (dash/less than half tea spoon), black pepper (one spoon or so), and fresh ground nutmeg (half a whole nutmeg). Plus salt of course. This is for 2-3 cups of rice
