Liliput is a ripening cheese made from cow's milk, once produced mainly in Greater Poland. It is characterized by uniform flesh with possibly a few eyes. It is soft and relatively flexible. It is produced in oval forms with a diameter of approx. 10 cm. It is quite mild in taste and the color ranges from light yellow to yellow.
I didn't describe in the video that I cut the cheese after 4 weeks.
For production I used:
-4l of pasteurized milk from the store (pilos 3.2)
-0.8ml calcium chloride
-mesophilic cultures according to manufacturer's dosage
-0.8ml calf rennet
