Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this super yummy dessert 😋 Mango Ube Sticky Rice 芒果紫薯糯米飯 this is one of my favorite recipe, I got addicted to it with its beautiful colors and yummy flavors using fresh Manila mangoes in season. Plus the coconut milk 🤩 it brings out the flavors together. My family approves 😄
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups glutinous/sweet rice
13.5 oz can of coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp ube extract
1 tsp tapioca starch
2 to 3 ripe mangos
Some roasted black sesame seeds
