EXCELLENT VIDEO... Love this. The only thing I'd do different is put Bacon bits that I had fried to get the grease... In this popcorn. Thank you for sharing this great idea..
@Daniel- Truly appreciate the kudos! Honestly, I've just not had time over the last year to produce anything new (that, and I'm now a production crew of one after the newspaper bowed out). Still cooking though; and I'll talk food with anyone who'll listen! :)
Step one: fry bacon Step two: procure grease I keep mine in the fridge in a lidded container until I need to use it. Ususally keeps for a couple of weeks!
Catherine Rodriguez You can use the bacon grease immediately after you fry up the bacon. If you fry bacon and use the grease later, then keep it in the refrigerator in the meantime to slow down spoilage. Hope this helps!
