Thanks for the miso suggestion. I'm not sure how much salmon I have burried in my freezer, but I'll go fishing for it to try this out.

Hi Shawn! You can use the same glaze on other fish (l love it on sea bass and halibut) or on chicken as well, if you're not a salmon lover!
