You're awesome, man! You REALLY help so much and give such great insight into the best course of action for the individual. I am curious about one thing necessarily, and I'm unsure if it is something best for a new video or for solely a quick DM chat. Basically, I am wanting to get into streaming on twitch and using Twitter and RU-vid as both funnels for the stream and as gaming news sources featuring articles/videos I create. My biggest issue is knowing exactly where to start. Do I start streaming and get my name out there before building the other media profiles, or do I build my funnels before focusing on my stream? Obviously, they are meant to be cohesive, but where is the best place to start when trying to establish yourself with multiple avenues of content?
Do all - You never know what will stick first or grow fastest... So cast a wide net and see what works... then you can refine from there ( hope that makes sense for ya )

This video was made a while ago so probably nobody will respond to my question but what I don't understand is when I get a subscription, where does my money go? Does it stay in twitch? Does it go to my bank account? I just recently got affiliated and I don't understand how this all works. And also, when I run an ad break do I get money from it? If so where does the money go?

I'd be careful with the mentioned video game commission sites. Humble bundle is the only one mentioned that doesn't get their keys from the blackmarket to a degree. This means that games bought through the others aren't guaranteed to work, could become invalid as companies find out about it, and could get you banned. Some people have already reported getting banned for the use of those sites, based on the quick searches I did. Humble bundle is the only clean one

Tried both and you just have to be aware, that there are a lot of english streamers out there and much fewer german ones, so you‘ll be much easier to find. I tried both and sticked to german and have gotten to nearly 2k followers now, I‘ll be happy to share my experiences to that topic, just hit me up ☺️

Omg i envy you guys over in the US.. In austria / germany as soon as you sell something (doesnt matter if its a hard sale or affilliate program) you have to have a registered business and they charge you several hundrets of euros per month for social scurity insurance... And its a ton of paperwork.. How is this in your country...?
@@Wild4 omg that sounds easy.. I dont know why the gov is setting those rules.. But they are a pain im the a** because its hard to find out whats what... And we streamer tackle another problem right now.. Some evil lawyers are sending letters ro every german streamer that has potentially more than 100 viewers.. Which is litterally every streamer on the web.. And you need to have a broadcasting license (which costs up to 10k euro, depending on how big your audience is) otherwise you have to pay a hefty fine, for not having a license.. This comes from the big television companies because they are threatened by youtube, twitch,... and the popularity those streaming plattforms get. Because they loose viewers to those platforms.. But instead of changing theyr businesy model and adapt.. They throw granades at all the small and big streamers who just want to make a living... I even have to mark every one of my vids as a Potential Ad,as soon as i Talk about a brand or show any kind of brand logo.. That is insane!..

I mostly do challenge runs (unless I’m playing the new DOOM, I still could), I’ve tried to incorporate guitar or lifting into my videos. But I feel like there needs to be a tie-in if I incorporate music, needs to be connected to the game - I’ve done that before. What are your thoughts? I’m only really on RU-vid right now. Being able to have scheduled videos is very helpful, and especially being a small channel, wouldn’t it be splitting my audience if I went both ways with YT and Twitch? Thanks!
