I own and operate a service plumbing company in a ski resort town in Colorado… It has been a blessing finding your podcast and your wisdom…. I made a flat rate pricing sheet and doubled my hourly rate… I slightly rebranded my company hung a huge banner at my local ice arena and started marketing my company…. The rip the customer off mentality word gets around. Next thing you know nobody wants you. Word of mouth well send your referrals to the trash can. Once a customer figures out you rip them off. your out along with everyone they know. Now your customer is my customer because they get a good job at a fair price. So I say thank you for being so greedy it sends customers my way all the time. LOL.
